I bought 33 Vacation weeks in this resort 5 years ago and have only been able to use it once. Whatever they tell You at the luxury lobby when trying to sell You a dream, is just that, a Dream. They hiked up the prices on the all inclusive that never mentioned in the sales at the meetings. When we went there we couldn’t reserve any of the nice restaurants. Same day we arrived everything was booked and they don’t allow You to reserve ahead of time. This place is way too expensive even after You buy. The reason why Im giving 3 stars us because us a beautiful place and the workers are amazing.

I purchased a vacation package from here in 2014 and have used it 3 times. And each time I used it I had to settle for less then what I was promised. The DR property is amazing and the Cancun location is very nice, but that’s it. With all the third party vacation site there is no reason to waste money on this “club” especially when they sell you the dream of that amazing home in DR but you are never able to book it. The money you pay for the package please to cost to reserve a room at one of the resorts cost way more than just going third party. DONT DO IT!!!!!

How do I give 0 stars. I don’t even need the app cus I already paid in full. Basically I GAVE away wayyyyy too much money to this scam. They def got more money out of us to continue to build. When you try to contact them by phone, no one speaks English and you have to call their local number. I’m so angry, hurt and heartbroken than I threw away money this way. If you can read this, that means that you’ve already been suckered into this too. I’m sorry.
