I’d like to share some feedback regarding the app, as there are several issues that significantly impact the user experience:
1. Operational Issues: Implicit operations require a restart to function properly, which is highly inconvenient.
2. Transparency: The pricing policy lacks clarity, making it difficult to understand the costs involved.
3. Feature Implementation: It took six months to add a card feature—what caused such a delay?
4. Field Customization: There’s no option to set custom values in the charging field, which limits flexibility.

I’d also like to ask if the app was thoroughly tested before its release. These issues suggest a lack of practical usability testing, and as a user, I find the overall experience frustrating.

I hope you take this feedback constructively and prioritize improving the app’s functionality and transparency. I look forward to seeing updates that address these concerns.

I got this to use in Fredericksburg and it took a while to get the app to work with the charger. Then I found out that the charger doesn’t work. I contacted support and a few days later they told me they have no chargers in Kerrville. Uhm… it’s in Fredericksburg… I let them know and as of now I haven’t heard anything from them.

Also checked and the app shows a charger in Austin on Lavaca St which runs through the middle of Austin but the app has the pin in the middle of nowhere south west of Austin.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Very poorly designed and barely functional, it lags out and closes the app often, it took me 30 minutes to successfully start charging my car. There is no way to get a refund, and the designers do not answer, multiple times the chargers have been mislabeled and I have been forced to pay double the price of charging as there is no way to get a refund. Very upset. Do not use this app.
