Description

~ Track your mood, energy level, menstrual cycle, and libido ~

Be more aware of how your body works, and how stress, workouts, and other factors influence your libidinal cycle. Find out short- and long-term trends and improve your mental health as well as your awareness of your needs and wants.

~ Find Connections and Correlations ~

Once you’ve started tracking your mood, energy level, libido, sexual activity and menstrual flow, you will discover beautiful charts that can give you a quick and glanceable idea of how you’re doing, where you’re going and historical trends. Libi even finds statistical correlations!

~ Enter Data Quickly and Easily ~

Entering data is just one swipe in Libi’s attractive and streamlined user interface (which supports Dark Mode of course). If you want, the app can send you experience sampling notifications at different times each day, giving you a comprehensive overview over your typical day.

~ Stay Private and Secure ~

Libi takes great care of your data. There are no accounts and no custom syncing, just iCloud and Apple Health. Your data stays on your devices!

However, you can export your data in JSON format whenever you want. This way you can back up and transfer your data analyze it yourself, or even take it elsewhere.

For more detailed information about privacy, check out the privacy policy.

~ Track your Menstrual Cycle ~

If you menstruate, you can quickly and easily enter menstrual flow, learn more about your cycle’s influence on your life, and use Apple Health algorithms to analyze and predict your menstruation.

~ Sync with Health App ~

Libi will read and write all compatible data types directly from and into the Apple Health App on your phone using HealthKit. This means this data syncs with your other devices, and it is saved in a secure, encrypted way.

It means that you can allow other apps to share this data, for example the built-in Menstruation algorithms in iOS 13, or cycle tracking apps like Clue or Flow. If you use a HealthKit compatible app, you don’t have to enter the same data twice— it will simply show up in Libi.

~ Customize Data Entry and Display ~

Some people will use Libi to mainly enter their libido, others to manage their mood or cycle. Since Libi allows you to rearrange the order in which you enter things, it can keep up with what’s important to you! You can even hide data point types you never want to enter. This way, data entry goes even quicker!

Would be perfect...

If you could add “pain level” and or “influences” and the ability to enter a note for the day...this app would be perfect!! Like many women I suffer from endometriosis which is chronic and at times debilitating, wreaking havoc on my marriage. Also, charting or adding notes of outside factors like starting/stopping a diet or a new medication, having the flu, on vacation, baby in bed with you... could literally assist in scheduling and identifying triggers.
I will be using as is but hoping for an update!!!

Great app and thank you for making it free!

I love this app. It’s really intuitive, easy to use, and helpful. I like libi’s colorful way of describing things. The only thing I would change about this app is the stacked bar charts on the deep insights section. I don’t really understand how I’m supposed to parse the information. It’s just got a very good visualization of my data. Maybe a tweaked version would include the y axis so I know what it’s measuring. Other than that, amazing app and bless the developers for giving women something like this for free!

Bug

iPhone 16.6.1
Application crashes while submitting start of menstrual cycle

Current fix:

Don’t add start of menstrual cycle and submit your input then start a new input while leaving everything blank but toggle the “start of menstrual cycle” and then submit it. You may adjust the time to match your first input.
