We have integrated Apple Health App in to Lifecykul, you can sync & monitor your daily, weekly and monthly workouts. On some of these challenges, you can even compete to win attractive prizes. Great potential for being a comprehensive app for sports activities

Good things about the app:
- comprehensive coverage of various sports and activities
- very responsive support team
- improving stability and features in last 3 months of my use
- Leagues / Tiles are good way to present data and progress

Few challenges:
- Need to sync manually with standard activity apps like Strava
- Leagues are good to start with, but annoying at times for power users
- Domain specific workflows for users like runners are to be improved

Great App - comprehensive

This has been a great app.
What I liked is - this app captures and tracks even Yogasanas - mainly Suryanamaskar- Sun salutation exercise
The leagues are awesome and they provide comprehensive solutions to all activities - including pre and post activity exercises, guided videos , help videos and q&a.
