I cannot believe how detailed and informative this app is and it’s designed to fit you personally! No cookie cutter stuff here! You also have a real, live, breathing nutrition coach to talk to. And it’s paired with a body scan so it sees all your physical changes as you go! Say WHAT??!!Enter what you eat, or think you’re going to eat, and you’ll see immediately if it’s too much or not enough and you can adjust the amounts so you’re getting exactly what you should be getting. If you have favorite meals and snacks you can save them so you don’t have to search each item over & over for each meal!I’ve learned so much more & made better progress with this app than with any other system!

You get great feedback with each entry and at the end of each day. It can really help to dial in where your trying to get. Combine it with the coaching and weekly measurements and it’s easy to see progress with each week. It’s the only system that has helped me get in great shape and lower my cholesterol naturally.
