Amazing App Experience!

For the time I have been using the Lifeboostfit app, I have definitely been seeing changes not just in my performance but my eating behaviors and mental health. The app has helped me to be aware of my eating habits, my hydration levels and with the meditation section of the app, it definitely started to help me on a day to day basis with staying mentally healthy and also give me the motivation to change my habits. Furthermore, it helps me with being accountable for my actions when it comes to food because I am able to see the contents of my food that I was eating and the food that I eat now. The comparison betweenness the two is insane because I didn’t think what I was eating before really mattered too much, but now I see that I was eating too much processed food. The app taught me that those kinds of foods would harm my health in the long run, leading me to change my habits!
Thank you to Lifeboostfit for the amazing experience this app has brought to my life. Would recommend to anyone seeking a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
