- Access your Patient Portal and all of your health records, messages, and labs.

- Pay your healthcare bills simply and easily from your phone.

Simplified access to great care

This application is well-designed and simplifies my healthcare by putting the most important key actions at my fingertips. I can search for a doctor, access my medical record, triage my symptoms, etc. Couldn’t be happier with the functionality and this kind of practical approach is why I get my care at LifeBridge.
