Great Home Workout
Perfect for my home workouts during COVID. I have two pair of adjustable dumbbells, and just got an incline bench.
the custom workout plan that the app generates,
the way it changes exercises around for a muscle group,
the videos (compared to still pictures used by other apps),
the timer that flows through the whole workout (another dumbbell app that I was using annoyingly waits for you to click done after each set)
and the responsiveness of developer to my questions!
I would like
the workout plan & status of workouts completed to sync between iPhone and iPad,
the ability to easily push future workouts up a day if I miss a workout or two,
a way to configure the weights and the rest time for each set.
This app is a game changer for me!
It showed how I should work out to loose a certain amount of weight and it worked!
I also like that this app gives a list of the exercises for each day and indicates the duration of the workout which is really helpful.
I def recommend it for all the people who want to loose weight, gain muscles or to stay fit!
Perfect for being stuck at home
This is just what I needed for some home-based and simple workouts. I like these apps that demonstrate the moves and take you through the progression of the workout.
I’ve used all kinds of apps like this and I felt compelled to say this one is much easier and cleaner to use.
