We are aware of issues when trying to order a lot of prints and are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on revising our app to better handle this. In the meantime, you can avoid issues by only selecting one print size after selecting your photos, add them to your cart, and then continue shopping to add a different print size.

Could Be Fantastic

I've used this app a few things and love the functionality of being able to submit pics to a local photo lab directly from my phone, but I have trouble with the uploading function. With past versions I was slightly annoyed that uploads did not continue in the background... This app has to be the open app for uploads to work. Uploading also drained my battery (which I'm not sure there is much you cab do about that) so I
worked around these issues by starting Photo uploads right before I went to bed... When my phone was plugged in and charging. In the morning my photos would be uploaded and I could order them. With this new update though I just attempted an overnight upload but only about half of my pictures uploaded. Not sure why it stopped. I was trying to upload 51 pictures and only 31 uploaded. Also when I go into the "pending" section of the app the uploads didn't automatically start up again like they used to do. I really wish this could be resolved soon as I love the potential of this app.

On a positive note... I really like the way the new update of the app shows you whether the pictures are horizontal or vertical rather than just having them display as squares.

Lots of improvements

Once it was clunky to use, the Lifepics app has finally updated and gotten way better. Now that I have done 3 orders for prints that I can pick up locally (awesome - no problems!) I’m about to try some photo gift ideas. 😀

I had all my vacation pictures and family pictures saved on this app. I got on to pull up pictures and everything was deleted. There is nothing I can do to get these pictures back. I have lost pictures of family members who are no longer with me.
