What’s the difference between this iPad version and the other mobile version?

What’s the difference between this iPad version and the other mobile version? This being 2.0.1, the other being 2.0.0.

Not compatible with iPhone 5s

Does not fit screen, can’t scroll, type too small to read, can’t enter email to get an auth. code. Would like to try it, but can’t get anywhere.
