1- This app is suddenly missing a checkbox “to report and share“ that is required to check and acknowledge before a medical inquiry can be submitted. The link shown on the pop-up telling what you’re missing before submission takes you absolutely nowhere when you click on this to complete this. 2- this app never stores your credentials and Face unlock never works even though there’s an option to set it up this way. I have to reset my password every single time I use it, which is extremely inconvenient and time consuming. 3- the ability to paste anything copied from a text, contact list, email service has been completely disabled. This forces me lots of going back-and-forth between other apps, since we are required include contact information, email addresses, phone numbers and account numbers for submissions. The information requested by the medical provider must also be entered verbatim exactly as it was asked in the text message or email in which it was sent which we must upload a copy of. Not having the ability to paste anything requires you to again, switch to the messages app, and remember a section verbatim and type it in, go back to text and memorize the next section of their question and come back to this app and type again. Some of these medical questions are extremely long and toggling back-and-forth between apps gives room for error while transcribing something that MUST be entered exactly as received, and something that could be easily pasted exactly as it was written, Let’s hope you don’t make a mistake with a typo or number and end up including the wrong contact information when reporting a time sensitive serious side effect, and having it end up causing a patient massive harm because I was unable to paste the doctors phone correct phone number from my contacts app. Company policy and compliance with laws require that these adverse events be reported and submitted no later than 24 hrs after receiving it…even while on paid time off or a sick day. It would be nice if this app didn’t make me take an hour on a vacation I never get to take to get this completed! This is extremely time consuming and provides a huge room for error when the app doesn’t support the simple paste function. - Submitting a medical inquiry takes at least 45 minutes for me to complete because of all these issues and really affects my efficiency in a already time-consuming job that requires me submit these using this app regularly & routine tasks such as this, which this app was specifically made for should not be this difficult. I completed all the fields, toggled back and forth at least 15 times to get the information and make sure it was transcribed correctly which has taken me a good 30 min, and then now I can’t even submit it because the checkbox to consent and share is COMPLETELY GONE. So frustrating when this app and service is purchased by companies specifically bc it’s supposed to make a process easy and efficient for their employees. Completely opposite with this one, and unacceptable considering how much they probably paid for this service.
