  • Great App! But a couple of requests..

    I really like the look and user-friendly UI, but there are a couple of features I would love to see. First, can you please add programs and meal plans for bariatric patients? And second, please add multiple snack tracking “buckets” instead of all snacks going into the same place (Snack 1, Snack 2, Snack 3, etc). Bariatric patients require small snacks in between each meal and i would like to be able to track all snack times individually. Otherwise, this is a wonderful app!

    Lifesume is the best calorie counter app ever!!! Also, you can use all the main options without subscription which is really important for many users i think. You can scan barcodes without subscription and it’s the only app that can afford you this option. Likewise, i have been used this app with subscription. And if you have a chance, buy it! You can observe a lot of helpful options that help you with losing weight.

    I started using Lifesum around seven years ago in conjunction with a 12 step spiritual program for food abuse. With combined participation I have achieved and maintained a weight loss of 35-30 pounds and at 5’8” I wear a size 10. More than that, I have been relieved of the frustration and obsession over what I eat. My health is good and I am an active and happy person. It is an indispensable tool for me! I no longer have the need to diet.

    I’ve been using LifeSum for 8 years. I have the premium version. I am a Personal Trainer & a gym girlie and I believe this app is CRUCIAL to hitting gym and fitness goals. I am also vegan and I love all the vegan recipes and options. I love cooking and I use the recipe book to write down and track all of my homemade recipes in addition to trying the ones that they offer. Great app and I would recommend to literally everyone, especially women.

    When it comes to food tracking this app covers it all, can make changes to the diet with just conversations with the ai, easy to log in with scanning, gives you tips and tells you what you’re missing in your diet, tracks water with or without exporting to Apple health,

    Its taught me a lot about portions and really helped me to intuit the food that i need to eat to help me stay healthy. Highly recommend! Its easy to use so I recommend it to all my friends and family. I wish it wasn’t as expensive but i got it at a discount price during one of their sales.
