So great...and with some future updates it is sure to be amazing!

I gave 4 stars because I love that we have this LV app to be able to easily 1) send a shopping cart item(s) to a prospect,2) watch and learn by accessing training videos,3) send product videos to prospects and customers,4) automatically get reminders on customers who have orders shipping soon to send them updates and let them know that I as a distributor am here for them,5) and potentially the greatest perk of using the app right now is the auto-assigned customers that new platinum pack distributors can gain in their first 60 days!! (This has been a game changer for my new distributors.)But, the few “bugs” that I’ve noticed include...1) Not all of my current customers/distributors were uploaded to the app after I first downloaded it. I’m not sure why? So I am getting reminders to “check in” with only some of my customer base. The rest I have had to manually add in. 😒2) I can’t figure out how to “Dismiss” some of the reminder cards that pop up. There is only a “snooze” feature and then the card just keeps popping up when opening the app. So, I just keep snoozing...3) Some emails that I have sent to prospects or customers do not give me a “confirmation” that they have been sent. This is a little frustrating...I want to know if it goes through! It sometimes will not show up in my “sent” folder of my emails either.I’d love to have the capability of a “back office” view in this app. I know that there is a TON of potential here and I feel so fortunate that I am part of a company that has the forward thinking to have created this amazing business building tool. I am confident that it is and will continue to be a game changer for new distributors.

It comes with lots of superwhamadyne bells and whistles that are both fun and useful. And, at the same time, it lacks basic features that I need to manage my prospect funnel and my business. Or, if it has these features, getting to them isn’t intuitive. To compensate for these missing pieces I’m using multiple tools to manage my business. I want to use one tool. I want to teach one tool to my team. And I want that tool to be the LifeVantage App. Here’s my top three concerns:1. The most important feature I’d like to see is to be able to keep all of the information for each prospect, customer, and distributor in one easy to access place. When I pull up anyone’s name I’d like to see notes I’ve taken on each conversation, identified by date and time. I’d like to see each email and text message I’ve sent or received with this person. I’d like to see all of the information on where they are in the business; purchases, rank advancement, training, etc. And I’d like to have a search engine to be able to search, cross reference and review all of the information on everyone in my database in intuitive and creative ways. Then I’d like to be able to download these searched and filtered reports to an excel file so I can do even more filtering and sorting. 2. I’d like to see the features that are already in the App in a working status. For example, there are blank fields in my profile that are wrong or blank, and I can’t figure out how to update. 3. I really, really, really want to be able to use this App on my computer. Where I have a keyboard and all my other apps.

There is no log out feature. Once in aways in. I have to delete and re- load the app to log out.Adding contacts has seems cumbersome and takes forever spinning to connect with them. It directs me to my whole list of contacts to guess.The videos have not been updated in a long time. There are no useful features or motives for someone being in the field longer then 60Days to continue to use it. Only the very new benefit and get motivated by getting free company given customers. Needs: Quality sharables of the products for social media.Medical professionals talking about the science to share. Not just employees of the company. Solid compensation plan training. A an overview with the new company slides. Other companies have apps that are actually the phone number of the person sending it. Not a random number. It can be done.

Great training videos and examples for step-by-step starting. Some of my team have already received new customers by using the app and coming in as a platinum distributor. How cool is that??? Only reason I took one star off is that, for me, my existing customers got put in the prospects category—as well as my distributors. With the last release, some of my customers and distributors were moved to the right category, but not all. For new folks coming in, I’m sure they won’t have that problem. And I’m confident that it will be correct eventually. But it is a great resource for someone starting out. I love that you can delete suggestions now (not just snooze) since they aren’t always the right choice for a particular person.

Daily habit tracking is now available in the app, allowing customers and consultants to track habits with just a few taps to build consistency and support long term goals. This release also includes bug fixes and stability improvements.
