Lifion by ADP 4+

I am a new hire and was told to clock in and out through Lifion. This app doesn’t work at all. I can not sign in or check my hours worked or even check my schedule. The one thing it does do is show everyone (people I don’t know) what my personal email is! This is a terrible app.

It seems like you are able to login but unable to clock in and out ? Certain features are enabled and disabled based on your security access. Please let us know if you are still encountering this issue.

Since this app came out, none of us have been able to see our current YTD pay. It started over and only shows the last 3-4 months since this app came out.

Hi NP3117, Sorry for this inconvenience. This seems to be a Payroll department issue. Did you reach out to your company payroll team ? Can you confirm if the data was missing when viewing on the web (desktop) ? Please let us know if you are still missing data on the YTD screen.

App is horrible haven’t been able to log in for over 2 weeks can view my hours or pay have deleted and reinstalled multiple times won’t send text or call verification
