Lift Cycle Studio 4+

So this is going to be a biased review. It’s hard for it not to be. I was apprehensive and intimated to attend a class. It was a personal invitation from my wife that got me there. She even signed me up for a class so I had to go. It’s hard to put into words how I felt after that first ride. It brought back that feeling of hitting a game winning home run. I had accomplished so much by riding on a stationary bike. It was everything from the instructors, the music, the studio, the staff, the vibe, the personal notes, the towels, the people, the energy! I was hooked!

From the moment you walk-in and are greeted by staff it’s a vibe! I encourage everyone who is interested in the studio to check it out! That is your personal invitation!

Lift cycle has changed my life & I know I can speak for every rider that walks through the doors. Everyone is there to cheer one another on and the instructors/ staff/ owners make sure everyone leaves class feeling empowered. I love the family dynamic this place has. It’s therapy. It’s a home away from home. I can’t say enough great things about this place and the people! This app makes it easy and quick to book rides & check your progress.

Lift Cycle Studio is the best cycle studio I have been to on the Central Coast! They are so welcoming and focused not only on the team but on individual goals! They are there to help you whether you are new to spin or experienced. They are fun and the music and sets are always changing making coming back easier! I know every time I go I’m going to get my sweat on and enjoy my workout! Booking bikes with their app is super easy and quick. A must try!
