This app is so good to use for story creations, I love that you can add music now without being flagged by Instagram for copy rights. I have impresso as well and lift work works better when it comes to music and having better templates but they could be updated a little more just to change it up. Only I thing I like more from impresso that lift doesn’t have is the option to put multiple pics or videos on one scene where on lift it only gives you the option to pick one. Lift also doesn’t give you big selection to different styles of fonts or ways to set it up like impresso. Those add ons would put you at the top but right how I have to switch back and forth between apps depending on what kind of story creation I’m creating for a client.

I cannot believe the number of apps that advertise they are “free” or pop up when searching for free apps because of the “free trial”. I realize that free trials are a great way for you to make money because so many people forget to delete the app after the free trial. This mistake adds up to a lot of money for the company. Another factor that lead to the one star review is the “eraser” function. Every photo I used the eraser function on had the result of a very odd looking spot on the photo. To clarify, I attempted to use the erase function on a variety of photos. I had read that some apps were not designed to erase objects that were further in the background. I tried erasing some objects that were closer to the front of the photo and those looked just as bad. I tried erasing things that were in the middle of the photo…basically I attempted to use the erase function on a variety of objects located in different in areas of a number of photos to try to find a “spot” where the eraser would actually remove the object from my photo and not have it look like a very bizarre blurry spot on my picture. I did not have one single picture that looked good. That the result looked like the ads for the app…an object on the photo, the eraser used, object removed and unable to detect where the object had been. Sadly, my photos ended up looking like they had bizarre wormholes. I could even still see the color of one of the objects I attempted to remove. The object was not the completely opposite color of the background so don’t give me that excuse that it was too different to remove. I have had better results from the blur function on other apps. If you decide to try this app…set a reminder to delete it!! If you are looking for a good app to erase unwanted objects in your photos, this app is NOT what you are looking for!! Keep searching!!

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I really like it features .. but I think it could use some maintenance… First a foremost the app will freeze almost but not everything freezes. When I’m editing a reel i can scroll through the clips I have and I can click the little eye to preview my video but every now and then it won’t let me click to edit a clip or even select a clip but everything else works fine? Really frustrating when trying to edit because, on to my 2nd point.. there’s NO WAY to save my progress , it’s like I have to create the whole reeel right then and if I exit out of the app everything is gone and I have to start over.. therefore I cannot restart the app when it freezes bc I will lose all my progress , this is a really good app in all though and I hope to see improvements soon

I used to use this all the time before I had to step away for a while and now I have no idea what exactly comes with the subscription vs the free version. Free version is awful! Whatever I’m looking at now has no way to search for anything! I LOVED the graphics like a ringing bell, moving arrows or boxes opening and closing but that’s all gone. I’m assuming that comes with the subscription but who knows for sure. I wish there was a trial so I could see what I was agreeing to and more than anything I wish there was an option to purchase a year subscription for a deal so I’m not getting charges on my statements EVERY SINGLE WEEK! I LOVED this app but it’s changed since I used it and now I just don’t know. Maybe I’ll just stick with Canva…
