Description
This app allows you to manage your wellness and fitness through personalized recommended workouts based on your goals and level. The workouts are automated or live, with a variety of choices including fitness, mindfulness, cardio, strength, yoga, pre-natal, Pilates, etc.
Apple Health Integration allows you to send your Automated Workout details (workouts and Active Energy) to the Apple Health app, and retrieve activities recorded through your Apple Watch.
Different features are available according to your membership level.

Great app except the videos do not download.
I love this app as a very streamlined workout companion. I just wish the videos will download as it did prior to the iOS 13 update. Also want airplay functionality.

The good:
I just got this app and after filling out all of the information that was requested, I was recommended a workout. The workout was perfect for me and wasn’t too advanced for my current health.
One issue:
I really liked the app and at the end it gave a timer and a calorie count. I really wish that this would integrate with the Apple Activity app because though I worked out for 35 minutes, none of it was recorded through the app which is kind of upsetting.
