Lift is a simple weightlifting log. Our goal is to make the app as simple as notes, but to include advanced functionality such as:
+ previous stats for progressive overload
+ 1 rep max stats to track your progress over time
+ minimal rest timers in between sets
Up to this point, we have used a paper and a pencil to track our workouts. Most apps make the process of creating a workout, adding exercises and tracking super complicated.
Notes are great, but you always have to re-write your workouts or hope you don't somehow lose them.

Love the simplicity but it just doesn’t work. It forgets workouts, you can’t edit entries, etc.
APP STILL IN DEVELOPMENT
Great concept but the app should not be live yet. Like others have said. It list all the premium features you are supposed to get but it does not do much. Once you create a workout you can't even edit the title of the workout. The contact us section of the app has dummy buttons. If I can contact Dev I see a problem with that.
Tricks you into buying
I used this app for 2 days. 1st day was great, saved workout. I went to save the 2nd and it wouldnt save unless you purchase? Why not just do that up front?
