A work in progress

There are some features and settings on this app that are missing and standard on other fitness apps, however the developer provides quick replies to service messages and seems dedicated to improving the experience. I am hopeful this will be a complete fitness app soon!

Game changer for my lifting/eating habits

I’ve been lifting on and off for many years and have never been as consistent as I am now, and I credit a lot of my progress to Lift Buddy. Between the workouts that are tailored to my specific body type and goals, as well as the dieting/nutrition information and tracking this app helps me stay focused and organized, and also keeps me accountable. It’s really helped me in the short time I’ve been using it, about 3 months. I’m excited to see what features they add next!
