This app is developed by "LIFULL HOME'S" which is one of the biggest real estate
portal sites in Japan.

You can search for real estate properties both for rent and sale with a smooth interaction.
You can freely set conditions like train lines, stations, cities, or even distance from the point where you are by GPS.

Additionally, this app gives you information about average market price of each room types of each stations near by you.
With this functionality, you can check average monthly price of properties in a city where you often go shopping, or a city near by your office, for example. You can save pictures you visit and even leave notes for each picture.

This app is powered by our huge database, the biggest one in Japan.

With this app, you can
- search for apartments, condominiums and houses for both rent and sale, as well as newly-built condominiums, newly-built houses for sale.
- check average monthly price for renting a room nearby you
- call realtors by toll-free number
- search by train lines, cities and distance from where you are.

- stock favorite properties in a list.
- stock several search conditions, and easily re-search by them.
- view route for a realtor location by launching map application.
- once you login, it's available to check your favorites and histories on multiple device(PC, Mobile Site and Apps).

Great app for browsing Japanese real estate

If you are looking to buy a Japanese vacation home or helping look for a house for a family member like I am this is the perfect app. An area of improvement for the app developer would be some English translation of major menu and search filter titles. There is no need to translate everything - just a few titles, menu items, and location nouns would be good enough.

well, I’m looking forward to buy something in Japan, haven’t found so far buy I’m very confident about this app services and also because it was very well recommended. I would like to give two suggestions, first to add English on it, it would make foreigners life much easier and avoid misunderstandings over the meaning or some information over the property.
Another is to have the option of choosing the currency over the app, because it is very confusing when we talk about Asian money and the fact that it is calculated in a different way... like 148万 it’s confusing even for me that learned it in Mandarin. The point is, the app is very cool and would be much cooler of had English service and also currency option, it doesn’t have to be accurate, just provide some idea over the final price. Thank you so much 😊

I always recommend it to my friends who are vacationing in japan, it would be excellent if they had an English translation for Atleast the filter tags! Other than that it’s excellent for finding apartments with.
