Slowly increasing light and sound in the mornings will help you to get out of deep sleep. You know, scientist have found that this is good for health!

Put your phone near your bed so you're not covering the flashlight. You can even use a tripod, since the light goes from both sides of your iPhone.

We already put the best possible bird singing sounds — these can't be changed or turned off.

App needs to be active in the foreground for light alarm to work!

A great simple alarm

This alarm is great! Super simple, there are no settings to fuss around with except the wake up time. And it's exactly what you would want from a light alarm. The light gradually starts to increase about 10 minutes before the alarm. About 5 minutes before the alarm, the camera light kicks on and starts to increase. The birds start chirping 3 minutes before the alarm. I gave it 4 stars because the bird noises are a bit intense for me. Instead of it sounding like there are birds chirping outside my windows, it's a bit more like waking up in an aviary. But I've enjoyed using this alarm regardless.

Wish audio were optional

I’d like to use this in a shared dormitory to wake myself up without disturbing others. But it doesn’t allow you to turn off the bird sounds, it even unmutes your device. A subtle switch for audio wouldn’t hurt the simplicity.

Love it...

I’m giving this app five stars even though I think there is some room for improvement. It does the job it claims to do. I wake up to gradual light and birds chirping. I find myself grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw when waking to loud abrupt noises so this is ideal.

I would love to have the option for different sounds (ocean waves, light rain, etc. ) and to have some control over the duration of the fade in.
