Well, Jeff Primack has done it again. Teaching his content in a very easy to understand and follow manner, he has put his teachings into an awesome app. I have been learning for a very long time from Jeff, and it has benefited me physically, mentally and emotionally. I was a student through zoom for the 3 levels of Lightbody Activation. This app puts those teachings together in one place. Plus getting access to Food Healing, The QiGong Healing Manual, and his writings on The Five Elements and Sudden Enlightenment is such a bonus.
