Disappointed

When I first found this slot app, I was really excited about it getting quite a few wins and good bonus ready coins from them; however, that all changed. I spent quite a bit of money buying coins after awhile.. like almost every day because I enjoyed the lightning games they offered. But after awhile .. especially now.. I rarely get good play on it AND the bonus ready coins you get after you wait! for a whole 3 hours!
Is extremely chintzy! Not at all like in the beginning when I first was playing in here. I had been telling my friends about the app and how great it was, but not now. And do not bother saying that this is how it is at real casinos because I frequent casinos.. I have won more than I have lost and at least you get play on your $$. I hope it improves in here like it was in the beginning because I will no longer be referring friends to it nor making any more purchases unless it reverts back to how good it was when I first found this app. Rarely do the 6 coins come up now either. You can spend $10 in here and be lucky to get 1-2 times with the 6 coins!!!

DO. NOT. BUY. COINS!

i am so disappointed by this app/developer! i have been playing this app for YEARS! it’s actually been a great way to stay out of the physical casino and it’s been very supportive for a former problem gambler. that said, over the course of 3 years, i have never spent a dime on this app. if i needed more coins, i’d watch ads, use the offer wall, wait for the bonuses and build up enough stellar points to get lots of coins, etc. last week, i was a few lightning away from a big reward milestone and i made the (naive and innocent) mistake of buying a $.99 promo. since then, all ads have been disabled, offer wall gone, zero pop ups for ads or stellar points… every single way to get “free” coins disappeared - leaving the only option being to buy them. seriously, 99 CENTS later the game/app is completely different, and by that i mean awful. i can’t believe after playing for so many years that the game would change completely after one tiny purchase. that they would literally remove every single way to get free coins, and leave you with no other option but to buy them (aka deleting the app)

customer “support” has been incredibly unhelpful. i emailed them directly asking for a full account reset - they sent me the same link that you can find in app - and zero response or updates since.

so the long and short of it - DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE PENNY ON THIS APP! especially if you actually enjoy it. 😕

VIP teams negligence

Issue: Snowy Event - screen gets frozen tried deleting the app and reinstalled it but still nothing. I have been contacting the “VIP” team for the same issue since December 22nd 2023 and it is now January 5th 2024. After speaking to 6 different people from this so called VIP team, nothing is getting resolved. They would give me the same exact answer till today, i recorded the way they quickly end my conversation after they said that they will get someone to help me. They would end my conversation without even hearing what I have to say. Seems like they don’t wanna hear me complain. I spend real money on this game and not to be getting what I am supposed to or not getting any respect from all the VIP team seems so wrong. I have the complete screenshot of what has been going on ang who i spoke to. I also recorded how they quickly end conversation once i start conplaining. This is so wrong! Such a disappointment from the whole team. 2:07 PM they decided to block my account. Great!!! Bravo!! I will be contacting Apple Support on this matter. You guys are so wrong by doing this. Why?? Because you cannot solve the problem i was complaining about? So you decided to just block me instead of fixing it?! RIGHT PETER FROM VIP? I have the complete screen recording on how you your team did me wrong here. I would gladly send all my screen recordings to prove how amazing this VIP TEAM TRULY IS!
