Needs Bug Fixes bad

This app is constantly crashing in the middle of helping customers, its insanely annoying. It is also extremely slow, if your devices screen shuts off with the app open it takes up to 60 seconds for the app to start responding to touch. So bad.

Bad, Bad & Really Bad

Just spent 30 minutes with chat support. I constantly get an error code when signing in. It started with my download speeds being too low so then I went to Wifi. Then it was my latency…which actually was below their “required level.” I have tried for close to a year now (different devices, deferent Wifi and cellular areas) and receive the same code. For a year, I’ve literally not been able to get past the sign in screen lol. So bottom line, if you want a mobile pay feature with shopkeep, good luck finding the most perfect spot on earth to get the best signal possible…otherwise you’re screwed.
