Not working

I have ordered a 25 $ for a USA account and it's taking a whole day you guys even took the money which was about 95 and it's not working okay it even says rejected my friend said he called you guys and you guys said wait we are fixing a couple of problems it's been 20 hours so far and I haven't received what I paid and i feel cheated out and this is not acceptable

The best programs that I have seen are fast, dealing and Customer service is uncomplicated and smooth, in dealing and easy in online payment procedures. If you encounter any problem, make sure that they will find the solution and method of communication more than wonderful. Frankly, I advise everyone to download the program and create an account and register with . Available all types of accounts Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus Or a regular e-mail, greetings to the owners of the program and good luck to all ☝🏽😍🌹

Poor customer service

I gave 2 stars even though this app has been my go to any card and cheaper than most if not all. I’m very disappointed by their customer support. On the 12th of December I bought a $15 apple card and when I redeemed it, I only got $2. I contacted the customer support (even though it happened before and they were quick to fixing it) they asked me to wait a maximum of 48 hours, so I waited for 6 days. No updates, no refund, no any consideration of the time wasted in waiting. And every time I contact them, they ask me to wait. I’m afraid to say this but I am very much considering deleting this app and I will make sure everyone I know who is using this app to delete it as well.
