LilyLink is a digital health platform designed to help pregnant women and their doctors manage gestational diabetes. The mobile app replaces paper logs with a simple, easy-to-use interface that tracks important data such as blood sugars, exercise, and medications. This data can then be automatically shared with prenatal care providers. The LilyLink app is compatible with Dexcom G7 and Freestyle Libre 3 continuous glucose monitors (CGM), and bluetooth-enabled glucometers from Accu-check, Contour, and Onetouch. The app provides everything needed to track gestational diabetes progress, including: Live glucose readings (CGM-only) Meal and wakeup quick entry Meal photos Automatic 1 hour and 2 hour after-meal blood sugar calculations (CGM-only) Exercise entry and Apple Health connection Medication entry Weekly averages and trends If your doctor’s office has provided an access code, enter this code to automatically begin sharing data. Your provider can view the data in real time to help optimize your treatment plan.
