Lin Health is a digital health program designed to reduce pain; think of Lin as an integrative chronic pain recovery clinic on demand.
Your app opens right into your private dashboard and includes:
* A message center where you will communicate with your coach - this is where the real change happens. Access to your coach is unlimited.
* Weekly focus area: filled weekly learning sessions, personalized pain-recovery resources
* Customized Care Kits. Care kits are customized pain recovery tools that focus on particular aspects of your recovery plan, like pain flare management, sleep, movement, somatic tracking, pain reprocessing, etc. (these kits are available to you throughout your membership).
* Calendar view of upcoming appointments with your Lin care team
* The option to schedule coaching sessions and telehealth appointments
* Customized content library

Try Lin
Starting Lin has been without a doubt the best thing I’ve ever done for my health. I can’t recommend it enough. If you have pain, try it. If you’re curious, try it. If you have doubt that it can work for you, try it. The support you will receive is unmatched, and the insights you will gain about yourself, your body and your mind will truly change your life for the better.
DO NOT sign up for this app! Unethical and unfair business practices
The customer service for this app is extremely poor. Prior to signing up for the program, I was told that I could pick my coach, but they automatically matched me with a coach I did not choose without giving me an option to review coaches. When I requested to pick my coach, the app changed my ability to modify the membership. My account screen would NOT let me navigate to a screen that allowed me to cancel my membership for the 2nd month. This app is a new start up and they are not conducting their services ethically or fairly toward people who are already dealing with chronic pain.

I run into problems with the app often. The video calls sometimes don’t work
