Overall poor

I attempted to use this service three times, each time either the shop was closed when it said open or it never completed the order. Do I just gave up, I do hope they improve with time.

Just be an conversation apps don’t trying to be other

This is the first time I was using this apps to ordering the food ,it took a lot of Fee and delivery cost to much ,and the worst thing it I can’t cancelled my order at all , I have to contact restaurant and restaurant told me to contact driver ,that was wasting my time just go using grab , don’t using this apps

Poor Performing App

I don’t understand how such a large company can have such a poor performing app. For the messenger service, the address search function doesn’t work well at all. Why isn’t it integrated with Google Maps or another big mapping service?
