I’m new to marketing and I’m currently using this to help with my internship. Overall, it is crazy convenient to use and easy to set up. There are a few thing that could be better, like the scheduling a post feature. I’ve found that it’ll transfer the picture easily, but the hashtags and text I already set won’t transfer to the Instagram app. This causes me to take an extra step to copy the text and post it back in. Not a big deal but would be great for that to be integrated.Thus this a more detailed description of how I do things:Usually when I go to schedule a post I’ll use my computer web browser. I can type faster there and I can copy all the hashtags easier. After I schedule the reminder to post it I’ll use the app and share it from there.Since the text doesn’t copy over I’ll “edit” and copy all the text I wrote there and manually put it into the post on Instagram. From there I am ready to post.Thus, being able to link my photos and only have to use one link in the bio is great and fantastic. That is the main catch for this app. Scheduling posts along may not be as streamline. It would be great if this was a one stop shop in the future. Can’t wait to see how it develops!

I wanted to give a shoutout for the great customer service I’ve received the few times I’ve had a problem. Like anything technology related, you do have to expect a few glitches. They were always prompt with a reply and worked with me till I had it solved - even if it was my error.

I was having issues gettin my account linked up (I admit, user error) and Craig in customer service was so helpful and patient. He helped me get everything working! It’s been so nice being able to link our customers to the info they need.

Thank you Link My Photos! I have been searching for an alternative to Curalate since I do not want to open a Facebook business page. This is PERFECT. It took just minutes for me to link all my photos and add to my IG. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I don’t need the scheduler at this time so I’m not sure how that accept works but WHO CARES!? If you want each photo/post on IG linked to your blog posts or products-this is the way to go! Yay! I’m so thankful to have found you today! God bless you.

The app doesn’t seem steady. We’re a paid subscriber and the app will crash when trying to post a scheduled post.

The app isn’t updating in real-time and because I have a posting schedule, I have no time to be waiting on the app to update. It’s been over an hour and my last 3 posts have still not loaded to the app.
