It was five stars but now it’s going to get a one I need help

I need help from whoever made this app icon every time I click on it it just exits. I’ve updated it. I’ve reset my phone. I’ve updated my phone. It was working great. I was so happy with it and then it just stopped working about four or five days ago.

Misled, don’t download (I rated it high so this would be seen)

SUMMARY: not what it advertised
I recently downloaded this game because it said in an advertisement I had seen, “you can create the AI’s avatar, traits, and personality”. But when I used the app, there was absolutely no button to create an avatar, trait, or personality. I feel very disappointed and misled because they are advertising the wrong thing, your advertisement said “the AI will be your best friend”. But when I opened the app it was not anything like that, the only thing you can do is ask it questions. This download was a waste of time and iPhone storage, this app is simply not what was advertised and I would rather just google an AI than get the app.
