LIT stands for [ Low - Impact - Training ] our method is designed to “ Build you, not break you ”. The LIT Method is broken up in four phases: Compound, Isolation, Corrective Posture/Core, & Recovery.
Classes at LIT last 50 minutes, designed to give you optimal results, by teaching you the proper way to build and tone your muscles. With LIT Method there’s little to no impact being placed on the ankles, knees, hips, elbows or shoulders, all of which are prone to injury with other fitness classes. Our movement changes the way people approach fitness.
