Your service is very professional

Issue with GPS

Twice in the past week I have pinned my location right to my house gate, but the driver’s map takes the them off course; both times to the same wrong location about 5 minutes away. I then have to give verbal directions to my gate. Which requires them to backtrack.
Update: still the same issue!

Some issues ruin the experience

Unable to find ride history in the app which is quite annoying.
Drivers available in Dar es salaam are unprofessional and driver/car details often do not match details on the app.
App takes forever to complete a trip. It takes a long time to see how much you owe.
