Description
Live Expert Mobility is branded and customized for each organization and is used by the app user to instantly connect with an advisor for live, face-to-face consultations together with co-browsing and file sharing. When a user requests an advisor, the system instantly connects the user to an available advisor with the right expertise for that user’s need.
Enjoy a simple, one-click connection experience, where you are instantly connected with the right expert at the moment of need. During the video session, the advisor can also demonstrate products, and the app user can show the advisor objects or the environment for which the user needs assistance.
The Live Expert system is built with an innovative customer service framework, with automatic video call routing, smart queue management, customizable virtual waiting rooms, live video call transfers, and ability to seamless add other customers or advisors to a live consultation session.
