Description
Chatstack allows you to chat with your website visitors. You are able to see who is currently browsing your website and accept incoming chat requests from your website visitors right from your Mac OS X computer.
Please note: This software requires our Chatstack Server Software v4.0 or above. You can not use this app unless you are already using our Chatstack software on your website. For support, please visit our website for technical support - we aren't able to respond to issues reported in iTunes reviews.

Not quite like the windows app
Really needs an update and functionality equal to the windows application is needed. Disappointed I had to pay for this and have had zero updates.
Nice start - definitely not as well rounded and feature rich as the Windows app. Some windows won’t close, visitor details normally will not close and have to exit out of the program and reopen.
Great UI but stops working during chats
Much easier to use than the windows app.. but gets locked up and unresponsive after a short time of running. It’s like the earlier poster said.. it “bogs down”. It stops responding during the middle of a conversation and you have to quite the app and reopen it for it to start working again. I hope they address this and update it soon. This is MUCH preferred over the Windows client. Great work on UI, but please fix whatever causes it to fail during normal use.
This app desperately needs an update
I was looking for a website live chat solution with a native OSX app, and thought I’d give this a try. This app is awful and hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Goodbye Chatstack.
