This app is really basic and needs improvement. Please add notifications for when teachers make comments and add points. Also, there should be no need to log in every time.

First review I have ever written on an app, but I am shocked. Our school requires me to track my kids through this system. The idea being that we get “live” feedback on their behavior throughout the day. So much for the “live” part. I have to completely log out and log back in if I want to see any points have been added or refresh the screen. There is no way to save the email and password either, so I’m typing it in manually every time. There is not even a basic refresh button for that purpose. To make matters worse if you try to hit the “login with clever” or “login with google” buttons (which I thought might streamline the insanity) you will get stuck in those screens with no ability to ever return to the live school login Screen. I was stunned as I found myself stuck for eternity with no way to get back other than to delete the app and reinstall it. Wondering whose rich daddy started this company and handed it over to their kid as the ceo? I have no idea why schools are using this system.

This app is extremely archaic. The user interface is something out of 90s. The entire app needs an overhaul so you can actually see rewards and can more easily toggle between multiple students. The teacher app is wonderful; my child’s teacher has shown me what it looks like when I complain about not being able to see rewards (text doesn’t wrap and you can’t click a reward to see what it say) - not sure why they cannot bring that design to the parent app.

Rarely works, lately it’s a blank screen. When it does randomly work, when I switch between kids it keeps the others timeline and points so I have to keep clicking to try to get it to display the right info for that child. Hate that our school switched to this. All the parents I know say the same things, everyone is annoyed with it not working or being reliable to see how our kids are doing.
