Stopped working on my iPhone 6s
Our school uses this school wide. It’s great because students buy into their points when we set up incentives based on points. My biggest complaint is that my I can’t use my iPhone 6s with the app downloaded. I have contacted tech support, they tried to resolve the issue, but nothing worked. I used to use it all the time on my phone and other coworkers are able to use the app. For some reason, whenever I open the app, it is stuck on the blue screen and I can’t even log in.
It’s very frustrating when I want to give points from my phone because I forgot my tablet. I don’t understand why I was able to use it before on my phone, but no longer can.
Big time lag
We use this program school wide. It works great from our desktops/laptops, but doesn’t work very well through the app. It is very laggy and slow. Sometimes I can’t even push on anything then the app locks up and I have to force close it and restart. Gets kind of old when you’re on the move with your class. Same thing happens on my cell phone.
App is very buggy. Sometimes you click on buttons and they do nothing, other times you click on them and they light up but freeze. Navigation is hard, app is sometimes slow to load and I'm on an iPhone 7+. It's a pain to use in the classroom when you have to restart the app constantly.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
