Als klant beheert en monitort u uw tolkaanvragen in een beveiligde omgeving conform ISO 27001 (Informatiebeveiliging) in de app. Zonder tussenkomst van het Callcenter wordt u rechtstreeks en binnen 3 minuten doorverbonden met de tolk.
