Cannot add a device

App was horrible to use from the beginning. No direction or instructions. Once I was finally able to make an account, I am now not able to add a device. Everytime I click the button the entire app crashes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Incomplete app

This app is not made properly
And has many bugs in it ,
Wifi name doesnt display , and most of the models which is been manufactured are not updated in this list
