Logg is a summary-oriented Workout Logger. It allows the user to see what he or she has done over a period of time, or even at a specific Course.

Logg is able to store Activities with the following types:
- Distance-Based (e.g., Running, Walking)
- Duration-Based (e.g., Plank, Wall-Sit)
- Repetition-Based (e.g., Crunches, Push-Ups)
- Weight-Based (e.g., Bench-Press, Dumbbell)
Logg includes a number of default Activities. However, the user is able to add and remove Activities.

Courses may be added, edited, and removed. When a Course is used in a distance-based entry, the distance of that entry is automatically set to the distance of the Course. The best time of entered for each Course may be viewed in the details of the Course, found using the sidebar.

Additionally, Logg includes Workout Sheet functionality, allowing the user to store lists of non-Distance-Based activities as an alternative to a typical physical Workout Sheet.
