Priceless! The report features make airline-apps a breeze. The sync across devices is very helpful and seamless. The duty and flight time tracking is great for 117 (if you keep up and log each flight in real time). The ability to rename and correct or combine flights by correcting the aircraft rather than each individual flight is a huge time saver. The import feature from our schedule is perhaps the biggest time saver (in the Mac version) and this is the only item I have for a wish list for the iPad app. Fairly intuitive and once you play with the settings a bit, very easy to use!

The concept is nice, having an app keeping track of your times. But this app doesn't integrate well with the icloud. I'm constantly trying to fix discrepancies between my iPad, iPhone, and mac. Now my iPad version crashes on startup and I can't get it to stay open. Every time I contact the company for support they give me a "we are aware of this issue" response and give me a temporary solution or work around. As of today, the iPad version no longer opens and has become a huge waste of money. I've had this app for 6 months now, and not a single update has been released addressing any of the many bugs, discrepancies, or problems I've submitted to them. They've had plenty of time, in my opinion, to release a temporary bug fix in an update but they haven't even done that nor have they bothered to mention if they're even working on a solution. I've asked them for a refund, and they won't honor it. In the mean time, I've continued to use their app (since I can't get my money back) and it would be nice if I could convert everything I have to another provider. This company has the worst app support I've ever encountered. DO NOT BUY!

This app is not worth it! First off you NEED a full Mac to manage the data, especially if you a) want to print out your logbook, for say something like the all important interview and b) to check for errors which again you need to know for an interview. Universal is totally unnecessary. If you had the iPhone version or iPad version you absolutely should NOT buy the Universal, it's a scam. It's the same and syncing the two is a nightmare!! I have spent THREE hours syncing an iPhone 5S and an iPad Air. I had to babysit the sync for THREE HOURS!! And if you don't have a Mac or want to spend at least $1000 on a Mac you cannot look for errors in Logten. It is impossible. Logten logs time but it is not worth it. There have been so many headaches with this app and if you want Coradine to help within a week, forget about it! They get back to you when it's convenient to them. Good luck if you have an interview within 2 weeks! I wish I would have gone with a spreadsheet or Logbook Pro. Do not buy this!!!
