• Low Battery Alerts – Monitor battery status to proactively avoid being stranded
• GeoFences – Set up a location boundary and receive an alert when the GeoFence is crossed
• Multi-Vehicle Support – For LoJack families with multiple connected LoJack vehicles, you can add up to five vehicles in one account.
• Vehicle Recalls - LoJack will alert you regarding any potential safety recalls on your vehicle.
RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS:
Eligible LoJack subscribers will have the option to renew their LoJack subscription from within the LoJack app. Not all subscribers will have this option. Renewing LoJack continues access to our current feature set and access to future updates from LoJack. All subscriptions are paid in full for 12 months and set to renew annually.

YOUR APPLE ID ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR RENEWAL AT THE APPLICABLE RATE SHOWN TO YOU AT THE TIME OF SUBSCRIPTION EVERY CALENDAR MONTH (FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS) OR EVERY YEAR (FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS) WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD. Above and beyond!

Such a great company and app! Beginning with the app: it is simple and easy to understand, there are great features such a speed alerts, geofencing, and low battery alerts. The most helpful for me have been the geofencing and battery alerts. The app alerted me that my cars battery was low even before I started witnessing symptoms of it being weak, thus I was able to act on this without the usual unexpected difficulties of jumpstarting due to a low battery.

Next the company behind this app has been of phenomenal help! I purchased a used car that had this LoJack system installed. After a month or so the app would not update the cars location on demand, and it would take days to update the location of the car. Communication via email with the company resulted in a technician coming out replacing my LoJack unit in the vehicle, subsequently got set up with a new account on the app and everything has been working seamlessly since!

This App Saved My Car

I was never comfortable with the idea of being tracked by GPS at all times, but I let my mom push me into paying for LoJack when I got my new car this year. I ended up eating my words when my car was stolen in the early hours of the morning yesterday. I’d never signed into LoJack before but I was able to get the app configured even though my car was gone! I was able to see exactly where the thieves had taken my car, and with law enforcement’s help we were able to track them down. The whole ordeal took around two hours. Before I told dispatch about the LoJack tracker, they basically told me to kick rocks and to call them back in a few hours. Anything can happen in a few hours, but thanks to LoJack I was able to get my baby back safe and sound. Cannot recommend this system enough!!!

BRILLIANT!

Worth every penny! I’ve had this for a few months the locations are spot on! Much better than the LoJack I had in my last car I couldn’t use it! The dealer gave me a discount to install a second one on my son’s vehicle allows me to know when he leaves the house and get’s home using the geofence feature. The app actually allows up to 5 vehicles too I didn’t know that. Nice knowing where my cars are at all times! I use the trip feature to download my mileage and expense off my business trips. The app also let’s me know when I’m due for service. Great product a no brainer thank you!
