Bad User Experience 🤦🏾♂️
The user experience is bad, the basic laws of UX have been violated(Hick's Law). Too many option on the main screen impacts the time taken for users including me to make a decision plus there is no informational architecture what so ever hence messy UI. User testing and launching the app piecemeal would have highlighted this issues way before releasing the app maybe the design strategy wasn't water proof.

I’m not able to sign into the new version of the app… I’m connected to the WiFi but it still tells me to connect for me to be able to sign in.
