Extra steps needed

Completed a user survey on here which was supposed to pay $1. I completed all required steps, submitted it, and 2 days later I was told it wasn’t submitted and I can’t be paid. Seems they’re collecting free data under the guise of paid surveys. They ultimately reversed their decision, but it was still an unfortunate extra step to have to take.

Easy to use

Used it for a study through mTurk. Easy to get started with app and do the user test.

Bad app

Tried using it for interviews but app kept crashing and would lag continuously.
