Although it took eight days, Customer support resolved my situation with 100k in gems disappearing and my receiving a royal pass. Customer support claimed they would only resolve the situation once. I thanked them for providing a just solution. When using guild coins to complete a quest, the app switched to purchasing items with gems. I did not notice the change. I had several other glitches in the past but did not get the same results.

I have been playing this game for many years now and it has always been a fantastic game. It is heavily marketed towards P2P players, so if you against spending money it can get a little hard at times, but you do not need to spend a single dime. Recently they have started adding new and new things, like the synthesis idle and some weird new vergeway thing and those are kind of unnecessary and just add more confusin to the game. But still a fantastic game, you should get it!

My only big complaint is that when you start it puts you in a sever that already has a lot of progress. I’m on my 3rd day and I already have an overlord that’s 100 times stronger than me. I think we all should get put in severs that have only been open for 3 or 4 days then a New one starts since it’s hard to grow when you get attacked but those way stronger then you when you just started.

I came across this game as a way to make a little money on the side, and ended up getting hooked into it hard. It reminds me of games I used to play of Facebook back in the day, but WAY better designed. The games flows flawlessly. I’m especially impressed with how seamlessly activating attacks in hero battles is! If you want something fun and additive—get it!

this is my first time playing a game of this kind, and I've actually enjoyed it! I have found the AI assistant super helpful in figuring out the game as well as a very responsive and thoughtful customer service team. It does feel a little bit more commercial than I like my games, but it's enjoyable.

Would be nicer if some systems were easier to navigate. Should re think attacking and defending for us solo players, not be able to shield or defend ourselves better isn’t very fair. We need more spots to construct farms, wood, ore and stone. The max now is not enough. We should get at least 10 more spots. Make us 3 star stages to get them or something
