Crashes

I love having the app. However, my one complaint is a bug they never seem to have fixed. I manage my account and my kids’, but when I try to place a hold on the app for anyone but myself, the app crashes. If I turn the dial to place the hold for one of my kids’ books, The app crashes and I have to start all over again. Just wish they could fix this.

Bug

Noticed that when I go to view my records to check on what I have checked out it only shows twenty items checked out. But I know this is wrong because I have more than twenty items checked out. When I check my account through the website it shows the correct amount of items checked out which I thirty

Love the app , however ,

I didn’t have an issue with the app up until recently , it will not allow me to place any books on hold . It will not even let me select a location of where to pick up. Hopefully they can fix this soon .
