Good for beginners

Most apps I have found do not have an actual beginner set. I am way out of shape, just started dieting, running/walking and exercising. I am
using the beginner set right now and will hopefully move on to the intermediate next month. The beginner set pushes me but is mostly doable. None of the crazy lunge jumps or mountain climber exercises that I am in no way ready to do yet. This is my second day though, so that may come later.

Good app

So far it’s a good app. This is my first day of using it and right now it’s pretty decent. Instead of having to pay for harder workouts, you get points whenever you finish a day or open the app and eventually when you get a bunch of points you can do harder workout months which I really love. The app is free and I really recommend!!🥰

I love the instructions it comes with while working out, when upgrading it offers music and a plan and it reminds you to drink water!
