I am at a loss for words, but will say a lot. I’ve tried COUNTLESS weight loss pills/shakes/patches, etc. Barely could find any that could successfully suppress my appetite or help me plus I struggled with the discipline to actually take weight loss products or diet or exercise....I have had the terrible habit of overeating for years and have struggled to be able to change my appetite or help myself feel full after a normal amount of food. It’s been years of me trying to lose weight with a hormonal condition that makes my appetite ravenous and makes it difficult to lose weight or have energy......I tried this app and from day 1...I noticed a difference in my appetite. While I used to eat enough for two in each meal, I now find myself eating a normal to little amount. My stomach has been stretched out for years and it takes A LOT of food and liquids to fill me up, but since starting this just a few short days ago, I am eating way less. My husband has noticed how my appetite has changed and is in shock. I actually took time to exercise on day 2 of this app and I HATE exercising...and every day, I am trying to make time to exercise. I’ve actually lost at least a pound in just a few days. It still is blowing my mind. I am enjoying healthier foods and don’t even remotely crave unhealthy food. I mean...I can’t say enough great things about this life changing app. I hope I can come back and update this review to share my results because I will inevitably lose weight with this app and if you’re reading this and you’re skeptical, JUST TRY IT. This is a great way to reduce tension, even if it had no other benefits. I call it guided relaxation. It takes away tension that causes overrating and snacking. It also helps adjust your mental image of your body so that you begin to think a thinner you is very possible. I have found I feel full after eating much less than usual and rich foods are no longer attractive to me, although I do need a little chocolate every few weeks. I do use our NordicTrack ski machine most days shortly after wakening. If I wait an hour I probably will not exercise that day. Presently my time per exercise session is far too short, but I am working at getting to longer sessions. I used this app. 3 years ago and lost a few pounds. Then I seemed to plateau. Now I am a dozen pounds heavier after not using it since 3 years ago. It is time to try it again. Now I listen very early in the morning and believe that is much better and more effective for me than at bedtime as 3 years ago. There was a special offer and I did purchase the Hypnotic Booster after a couple of weeks. I chose not to hear the introduction, nor the end countdown to awaken.After 50 days since I began, I am down 9.5 pounds and it has been very easy. I am curious to see if I eventually get stuck at a plateau.

This is more power of suggestion than hypnosis, but if you listen to it daily and you’re committed to loosing weight I truly believe this works. I personally lost 10lbs since downloading this app. 4 weeks ago. I turn it on when I go to bed and I do the visualizing just as instructed. I keep it on repeat for 3 times I generally fall asleep after the first time though. Now when I go to eat I visualize myself the way I want to look and I haven’t had the urge to binge or eat super unhealthy foods. It’s like the image is embedded in my mind now which keeps me motivated. I don’t think about the scale just how I feel and how I want to look. This won’t be for everyone, but it definitely is working for me. I love this app. I wish they had more weight loss recording than just this one.

I think it’s working. I don’t really like to weigh myself but I noticed i eat a lot cleaner and if I do eat heavy foods, I don’t finish them or they start making me lose my appetite. I’ve always had a string gym regimen but after a brief bout of depression I completely lost interest and I feel the app gently brought me back to stretching and now I’m back in the gym with way more enthusiasm. I’m going to weight myself just to see if the numbers change in a few months. I’ll come back for another review later! Definitely getting better sleep and look forward to hearing this and if I go a day or 2 without listening I noticed I miss it and don’t miss more days than 2 without listening. So far so good! Glad I bought it!
