Honestly fun and great for a free workout app.
Completely free and it’s one of the best apps. This app literally gives you everything a normal workout app that you’d have to pay for would give you. Highly recommend using this app for trying to lose weight.
Pretty Good
It not bad! It’s free and the workouts are pretty easy. I don’t know how the other things work as much cause I’m just using it only for the workouts. (I’m on a keto diet) I use other apps to track my calories. But within 11 day I saw some muscle in my upper stomach. The only bad part about it is sometimes the counting is messed up. Also the rest days start to glitch once you get around the 20th day.

I love the work the only hard part for is the other up and down workout I find myself better on keeping it down
