Was looking to purchase a gift card for a friend, I tried both the website and the app and both kept saying I needed to pay a shipping fee for an E-gift card. I’m assuming it’s because of the “free” essential oil roller they automatically attach to your order that you’re forced to pay shipping on—they don’t even allow you to remove the essential oil roller to avoid the shipping fee—again I was just trying to purchase an E-Gift Card. So, I tried contacting them, but couldn’t because of the newsletter pop up prompting me to enter my email that I couldn’t exit out of, this newsletter pop up was blocking the contact form—this problem was on both the website and the app, so that tells me it’s not just a problem with my browser. All around a frustrating experience. Not trying to bash this company, but they really should fix their app and website to create a better user experience.

I have made a couple orders the first being a large order. The smalls run too small. I always wear smalls in everything and their shorts fit like an xs. Customer service is snail slow at getting back at emails, and the app needs a lot of improvement. If you make an exchange the app will charge their customers full price on the exchange. Nobody answers right away. It takes a week inbetween responses. For this process point I do not recommend this company

I am in LOVE with the lotus and Luna app!! It has made my shopping experience so much better. One thing I love most is being notified about sales and making wishlists. I’ve used a lot of different retail apps, and this is for sure one of my favorites.

So glad lotus and Luna finally made an app! Makes shopping so easy and saves my info so I don’t have to login every time unlike when I shop online. Totally worth the download!
