Temp probe

When you set probe temperatures the icon on app is not showing target temperature.
Notifications to iPhone are silent no mater what your volume is at. Makes the above issue useless.
Timer count down does not make any noise either just displays timer complete on Lock Screen. No sound.
Please update asap!

Louisiana owns this App

I’ve been on the phone with LG several times about this app. Their hardware is AWESOME! The app is HORRIBLE!! Never connects to Bluetooth or wi-fi. I’ve interrupted several smokes to shut down & unplug the smoker with hopes it will connect. No, never does. Since Louisiana Grill owns this app now there is NO excuse for the issues. The only thing they say is an update will come out. When???? They don’t know….really?? You can do better LG

App doesn’t connect

I have a black label 1000 series smoker. The smoker works awesome but the app is junk. Will not connect to my iPhone through Bluetooth. I’ve seen several other post about this and you would think they would do something to fix this. Buy it for the smoker but if you are wanting the app to work I’d find another one.
